APC's Do Not Operate This Equipment tags are the best solution for Lockout / Tagout and an essential warning device for mining, construction and industrial equipment. Each equipment safety tag out tag is double side. DO NOT OPERATE THIS EQUIPMENT is printed on one side and DANGER printed in bright red on both the front and back for highest visibility and employee safety. Each equipment tag is heavy-duty with a reinforced metal eyelet. Fastener string is included with each tag for attaching to the equipment. Size 3.125" x 6.25"
